We accept payment via Paypal for all online
credit card transactions. Major credit cards accepted include Visa,

However, if you do NOT wish to make your payment using a Credit Cards

Mail-Order Currently we do not
accept mail order. If you wish to order by mail, please email
us your query.
Custom Orders We do not mass produced any of our creations.
Designs will only be reproduced upon special request by customers
or on a case-by-case basis(usually backed by popular demand). Even
then, reproduction quantity for any one design will be restricted.
If you happen to like a particular item which was already sold, you
can email
us to request for a custom order for a similar item to be made.
You will need to provide us with the SKU Code and the item name so
that we will be able to identify the correct item which you referring
to. Upon receipt of your request, we will then check and ensure that
we have the required components available before we can confirm with
you whether we are able to accede to your order request.
Returns We take pride in our products and naturally,
we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, after receiving your
order you not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s)
to us and request for a full refund. This refund shall include the
cost of the item(s) plus shipping charges (if any) paid to us to have
the item delivered to your ship-to location.
To return the merchandise to us, you must first notify us of your
intention within 7days of receiving the item. Upon receipt of your
notification, full instructions will be sent to you, outlining the
procedure for the return of the merchandise. We are not obliged to
accept the return of a merchandise or give out any refund to you or
anyone who return the mechandise WITHOUT first notifying us of his
intention within 7 days of receiving the item or who fail to follow
the return procedures as outlined by us
The merchandise must be returned in its proper original condition
and packaging as when first shipped by us. Expenses for any shipping,
handling, or miscellaneous charges incurred by you in the course of
returning the merchandise shall not be refunded and will have to be
borned solely by you.
Refund Refund shall be given under the
following conditions:
a) Returns as described above
b) Non-availability of Stock - In the event where the stock of an
item is not available due to unforseen circumstance even though payment
has already been made, we may, at our discretion, propose an alternative
solution to you. Should you reject the alternative solution, full
refund (actual price of item plus any shipping charges paid by you
to ship the item to your ship-to location) shall be given to you.
In any case, a refund shall only be given directly back to the party
who makes the payment for the purchase. No Exception.
Shipping and Handling We ship internationally (worldwide).
All countries/regions are grouped accordingly into 4 Ship-to Zones.
Before you place an order, please review the Shipping
Zones indicated above to familiarise yourself with the particular
zone which your intended shipping destination is located. At the Checkout
stage, you will be required to submit your shipping information and
to select your appropriate Ship-to Zone. Upon submission, shipping
charges will automatically be calculated and shown accordingly. An
email will also be automatically sent to you providing you with a
url link where you can view your order details.
It is important that you select the correct Ship-to Zone for your
shipping destination as any error will result in the wrong shipping
charges computed and will inevitably cause a delay in processing your
order.
All orders are shipped via Air Mail/Parcel Post.
Orders greater than USD50 will be shipped by registered post.
