  • Online Purchase

  • We accept payment via Paypal for all online credit card transactions. Major credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

    All shipping charges automatically calculated by the shopping cart are based on shipment to the United States only. Do NOT use the shopping cart to process your order if your shipping destination is not the United States.
    If you are an international customer who wish to make a purchase and whose shipping destination is NOT the United States, you must first contact us, giving details of the item(s) you wish to purchase so that a quotation of shipping charges to your intended destination can be made. Upon receipt of our shipping quote, and if are still interested in making the purchase, you can then request for an invoice to be emailed to you together with payment instructions. With this invoice, you can then proceed to make you secured online payment directly via PayPal using the SEND MONEY Feature on PayPal website.

  • Mail Order Purchase

  • We also accept mail-order transactions. All International customers (including US based customers) ordering via mailorder must make their payment in the form of an International Bank Draft. We do NOT accept Personal/Company Cheque or Local Money Order. In all cases, shipment will only be made upon clearance of payment by our bank. Full payment instructions will be given at time of ordering.
    All shipping charges automatically calculated by the shopping cart for mailorder purchase are based on shipment to the United States only. Do NOT use the shopping cart to process your mailorder purchase if your shipping destination is not the United States.

    If you are an international customer who wish to make a mailorder purchase and whose shipping destination is NOT the United States, you must first contact us, giving details of the item(s) you wish to purchase, so that a quotation of shipping charges to your intended destination can be made. Upon receipt of our shipping quote, and if you are still interested in making the purchase, you can then request for an invoice to be emailed to you together with payment instructions so that you may print a copy and send it together with your payment.

    Returns
    If you not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us and request for a full refund. This refund shall include the cost of the item(s) together with any shipping charges incurred by you in the course of shipping the item to your ship-to location.
    If you wish to return the merchandise to us, you must first notify us of your intention within 3 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt of your notification, full instructions will be sent to you, outlining the procedure for the return of the merchandise. We are not obliged to accept the return of a merchandise or give out any refund to you or anyone who return the mechandise WITHOUT first notifying us of his intention within 3 days of receiving the item or who fail to follow the return procedures as outlined by us
    The merchandise must be returned in its proper original condition and packaging as when first shipped by us. Expenses for any shipping, handling, or miscellaneous charges incurred by the buyer in the course of returning the merchandise shall not be refunded and will have to be borned by the buyer.


    Refund
    Refund shall be given under the following conditions:
    a) Returns as described above
    b) Non-availability of Stock - In the event where the stock of an item is not available due to unforseen circumstance even though payment has already been made, we may, at our discretion, propose within our means, an alternative solution to you. Should you reject the alternative solution, full refund (actual price of item plus any shipping charges paid by you to ship the item to your ship-to location) shall be given to you.

    In any case, a refund shall only be given directly back to the party who makes the payment for the purchase.

    Shipping and Handling
    Please note that Shipping Charges calculated and shown in the checkout payment page are based on shipment to the United States only.
    We ship internationally (worldwide). International buyers, before you make a purchase, please contact us for confirmation of the total shipping charge(s) applicable to your destination. You need to provide information on the item(s) which you are interested and also your shipping destination in order for us to calculate your shipping charges.
    Buyer to pay for shipping, handling and insurance(optional) charges prior to shipment.
    If you intend to order several items, it is advisable to place all your orders at the same time rather than separately in order to save on shipping and handling charges. We can consolidate your shipment to help you save on shipping cost..
